Former New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio and his younger girlfriend, progressive activist Nomiki Konst, have reportedly ended their relationship after de Blasio’s alleged affair with an elected official. The couple, who had been together for ten months, went public with their romance in February 2025. Konst, known for her work as an investigative reporter and political commentator, has now reportedly split from de Blasio following accusations of infidelity.

She was really, really happy, and then, when it happened, I was like 'What!?'." The friend added, "She was so empathic, even though she was the victim, but he just kept hurting her."
