Here is a list of all the US celebrities who have been named in the Jeffrey Epstein files.
Epstein, a disgraced financier, died by suicide in a New York prison in 2019 while awaiting trial on federal sex-trafficking charges. His case remains in the public spotlight due to his alleged connections to influential figures in politics, entertainment, and high society.
On November 12, the US House Oversight Committee released over 20,000 pages of documents related to Epstein’s sex trafficking crimes. These files include flight logs, court records, private emails, and more, shedding light on his activities and connections.
The newly revealed material is only the beginning, as due to a Senate vote on November 18, the Justice Department is required to release even more investigative files by December 19.
This additional release includes 40 computers, 26 storage drives, 70 CDs, and six recording devices, totaling nearly 300 gigabytes of potential evidence.
In addition, 60 physical items have been cataloged, including visitor records from Epstein’s infamous private island, one of the locations at the center of his alleged abuse of underage girls.
High-Profile American Names in the Epstein Files
Several prominent US figures have been named in the files.
Former President Bill Clinton appears, along with Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and former Treasury Secretary Larry Summers.
President Donald Trump is notably mentioned around 1,500 times, mostly in media coverage starting from his 2016 presidential campaign.
Trump has vehemently denied any wrongdoing, claiming he severed ties with Epstein in the early 2000s. His ex-wife, Marla Maples, and daughter, Tiffany Trump, are both found in flight records linked to Epstein’s jet.
Other stars from music, film, and fashion also appear in the documents. Mick Jagger is mentioned nine times, while Michael Jackson is included in Epstein’s personal contact book. Entertainers like Courtney Love and Chris Tucker are also listed.
Of course, Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s convicted accomplice, is mentioned 135 times, and her father, Robert Maxwell, appears 47 times. These frequent mentions come as no surprise, given Maxwell’s close involvement in Epstein’s activities.
British Celebrities and Royals Named
In addition to American figures, several British celebrities and royals are also mentioned in the files.
Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, formerly known as Prince Andrew, is the most frequently named person, appearing 173 times. He has "ceaselessly denied allegations of abuse," including claims by Virginia Giuffre, who alleges that he had sex with her on three occasions when she was underage. These accusations led to the removal of his royal titles.
Prince Andrew's ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson, is referenced nine times, including in emails where she referred to Epstein as a "dear friend." As a result, she lost her title as the Duchess of York. Queen Camilla is named nine times, but officials have emphasized that there is no indication of a personal relationship between her and Epstein.
Princess Diana is mentioned 14 times, but again, no direct connection to Epstein has been established. Other prominent British figures, including Nigel Farage, appear in emails between Epstein and Steve Bannon, with Farage being named 18 times. However, no links between Farage and Epstein have been confirmed.
Additionally, three former UK Prime Ministers, Tony Blair, Gordon Brown, and David Cameron, also appear in the documents, though the nature of their involvement remains unclear.
It’s important to note that being named in the Epstein files does not automatically imply involvement in his crimes.
Some names appear merely in passing, through media references or third-party communications. For those accused of direct involvement, like Maxwell, legal consequences have already followed, with Maxwell having been convicted for her role in Epstein’s abuse network.
As more documents continue to be released, it remains to be seen whether any additional figures will face legal action or public scrutiny.
