50 Cent sends shocking 'death' message to judge in open letter ahead of Diddy verdict

As Sean “Diddy” Combs’ sentencing approaches, 50 Cent has once again inserted himself into the drama, publishing a satirical “open letter” to the judge emphasizing reasons why Combs shouldn’t be released. The rapper’s latest social media post blends humor, exaggeration, and pointed commentary, drawing immediate attention online.

Judge Subramanian set to deliver Diddy’s sentence

On October 3, Judge Subramanian is scheduled to hand down Combs’ sentence following his federal conviction. The rap mogul has been in custody at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center since September 2024, after a two-month trial concluded earlier this year. Despite the gravity of the case, 50 Cent took to social media to post his own “victim impact statement,” using satire to weigh in on the proceedings.

50 Cent rargets Diddy and his family

The post featured a mock letter addressed to Judge Subramanian, alongside a photo of the judge. 50 Cent didn’t just target Diddy; he also referenced the mogul’s son, Justin Combs, who has faced separate allegations.

In his post, 50 Cent wrote: “Dear Judge Subramanian, I have had an ongoing dispute with Puffy for over 20 years. He is very dangerous. Multiple times I have feared for my life. I think you should consider the safety of the general public, your honor, before unleashing him upon them.”

He continued: “Later, his son, who's dealing with his own rape allegations, claimed that the Feds had hit the wrong house. Anyway, Diddy's only going to return to hiring more male sex workers and keeping most of the baby oil away from the general public. And babies need it! My Netflix doc on this scandalous subject is coming soon.”

The rapper captioned the post: “This is my letter to the judge on Diddy’s case. what I’m scared for my life!” before signing off with a casual “LOL.”

Fans react to 50 Cent’s Letter

The post quickly drew reactions from fans, many amused by his over-the-top approach. One social media user commented: “Bruh got no chill when it comes to Diddy.”

Another added: “Thought you was being serious for a 2nd then.”

“A menace who must be stopped at all costs," a third wrote.

50 Cent’s history of trolling and calling out high-profile figures in the rap industry has made him a viral magnet in similar situations, and his latest post is no exception. In fact, it's the second time he's called out Diddy, after previously hitting out at Trump for suggesting that the disgraced rapper was "half-innocent".

Diddy’s trial concluded in July 2025, ending with the rap mogul found guilty on two federal counts related to transporting women for prostitution, including his former girlfriend Cassie Ventura and another woman identified as “Jane” to protect her identity.

Three additional civil lawsuits were filed against Combs in June, including one that named Justin Combs as a co-defendant, alleging gang rape dating back to 2017. Despite the multiple accusations, Diddy and his team have consistently denied all wrongdoing.

Diddy’s Legal Team Denies Allegations

Combs’ representatives issued a statement, as reported by The Mirror: “No matter how many lawsuits are filed it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone.”

Today’s sentencing is expected to determine the length of Diddy’s prison term, with Judge Subramanian considering the severity of the charges and the federal guidelines. Meanwhile, 50 Cent’s Instagram post has reignited discussions online, highlighting the ongoing public fascination with the case and the personalities involved.
