Meghan Markle's dad Thomas has slammed her appearance on The Ellen Show.
Meghan's estranged father is maintaining his disapproving stance on his daughter and husband Harry after the pair made the decision to step down as senior members of the royal family last year.
During the Duchess of Sussex's appearance on the daytime talk show last week, she discussed her new life in California with husband Prince Harry, as well as her children's book, The Bench.
After chatting with host Ellen DeGeneres, the pair decided to take part in a hilarious prank on the show.

The prank saw Ellen dish out orders to Meghan through an earpiece, including to eat "like a chipmunk" and to say she had healing powers to the unaware people around her.
But while many found the bit hilarious, it seems as though Meghan's dad was not a fan.
"It's no way to behave. The whole thing was kind of embarrassing. It was certainly embarrassing for the royal family," he told The Sunday Mirror.
"It's embarrassing for her as well. I suspect it embarrassed everyone in the UK, too. She's putting herself out there as a duchess but I've never seen a duchess behave this way, doing stupid stunts," he added.
During the interview, Meghan recalled the car she used to get to her acting auditions, a Ford Explorer, and said she had to climb in through the trunk because the key had stopped working on the driver's car door.
"What was so nice is the security guards here would always say, 'Break a leg! We hope you get it!'," adding, "So to drive in today is very different."
Describing to Ellen the beat-up old car she used to drive, Meghan recalled: "It had a life of its own. So I had this very, very old Ford Explorer Sport. And at a certain point, the key stopped working on the driver side, so you couldn't get yourself in through the door."
"So after auditions, I would park at the back of the parking lot. And I would open the trunk and climb in and pull it shut behind me, and crawl over all my seats to get out. That’s how I would come to and fro," she added.
But Meghan's father slammed her story, saying: "The Ford Explorer she had in her early 20s that she mentioned was a good running vehicle. I don't remember any time she had to crawl out of the back of it to get out, like she said.
"The doors worked fine on that vehicle until the day she got rid of it," he added.
