Khloe Kardashian has reportedly once again suffered major heartbreak.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star's boyfriend - and the father of her daughter True - Tristan Thompson is reportedly expecting a child with his personal trainer.
According to court documents obtained by People, the NBA star, 30, will become the father of a baby boy with Texas fitness trainer Maralee Nichols later this month.
In a major blow to Khloe, it's reported that Tristan conceived the child while still being in a relationship with the reality TV star.
Court documents show that Nichols is suing the basketball star for child support and other pregnancy-related fees.
He admitted to having sex with the personal trainer on at least one occasion, per the docket. Tristan ordered "genetic testing" in July before amending his petition in a Texas court last month, according to the court documents.
Tristan is already dad to daughter True, 3, whom he shares with Khloe, plus son Prince, 4, whom he shares with ex-girlfriend Jordan Craig.
Per People, Khloe and Tristan were "together in March" and "knows about the baby, but hasn't known for long."
Khloe began her on/off relationship with Tristan in 2016 but suffered public humiliation when True arrived in February 2018, hours after rumors Tristan had cheated on her during her pregnancy - which he denied.
The NBA player appeared to kiss another woman at a New York City club in photos and a video obtained by the publication. Khloe was nine months pregnant with True at the time.
Later the same day, TMZ released footage of him kissing and touching two other women at a bar in Washington, D.C, in October of 2017.
The reality television star did not issue any comment immediately, but she welcomed the couple's child just three days later, on April 12th, 2018, at a hospital in Cleveland, Ohio.
Tristan was then frozen out by the reality star and her family after he kissed Kylie Jenner's former BFF Jordyn Woods at a house party in 2019.
Khloe allegedly found out several days later and called it quits.
Her best friend, Malika, seemingly confirmed the speculation several days later by commenting on an Instagram post from Hollywood Unlocked which said that the basketball player was "all over" and "touchy-feely" with Jordyn. "STRONG FACTS," she wrote.
The Kardashians all started unfollowing Tristan on social media, and Khloe broke her silence by taking to Twitter to write: "Hi loves, wanted you to know that I appreciate you! I’ve been reading your kind words and they really are a blessing to me.
"I love you! Thank you Thank you! I’ll be back when I’m in the mood to chat with you all. Until then remember to be kind to one another [sic]."
