Media personality Courtney Stodden has embraced their body hair in a racy Instagram post.
The 27-year-old model - who goes by the pronouns they/them - showed off their armpit hair in a sexy lingerie selfie, alongside an inspiring caption saying they feel "bad a**."
"I gotta admit: taking ownership over my body and letting my hair actually grow for the first time ever feels BAD A**!!!!" wrote Stodden, who is non-binary.
"Everyday I’m one step closer to acceptance, peace, and genuine confidence - this body is my body, and not one hateful person can shake the growth that’s happening here - pun intended," they wrote.
"So if you’re triggered by my healthy hairy pits, you can get outta hair," they joked, before adding the hashtags "bodyhairdontcare", and "bodypositivity".
Friends and fans took to the comments section to praise Stodden for their brave post.

"I LOVE it!! I Almost didn’t notice the hair because you’re so Beautiful!!" wrote one person.
"Love you loving your body. Also loving that lingerie!!!" added another.

The post also prompted a debate about body hair, with many arguing that it is natural and nothing to be ashamed of.

"It is supposed to be there and f*** a society that wants bodies to look prepubescent or get ostracized!" one person commented.
"I don’t like it on myself, but I’m okay with someone doing whatever they want with their body as long as it’s not causing harm to themselves or anyone else. This is perfectly fine!!!" another wrote.

Stodden first made headlines in 2011 when they married 50-year-old acting coach Doug Hutchison when they were just 16.
After divorcing Hutchison, Stodden spoke to The Daily Beast in June about being abused by their ex-husband, the media, and fellow celebs.
In particular, they singled out Chrissy Teigen for wishing suicide on them over DM, saying:
"[Chrissy Teigen] wouldn’t just publicly tweet about wanting me to take 'a dirt nap' but would privately DM me and tell me to kill myself. Things like, 'I can’t wait for you to die.'"
Teigen responded to the cyber-bullying claims earlier this year, saying she had apologized to Stodden privately.
