Chrissy Teigen may be known for her epic clap backs on social media, but she doesn't always use her online platform to call people out. Recently, in fact, she took to Instagram and Twitter to share her woes about a recurring nightmare.
“I know this sounds insane but I think I have some kind of ghost or evil spirit and I have the worst nightmares,” Teigen told her followers on her Instagram Story, Per Entertainment Tonight. “I will go to bed super early and I will sleep so long and I will wake up soaking wet because I have just the most terrible nightmare. It’s always the same nightmare.”
A distressed Chrissy Teigen reveals she's been plagued by a recurring nightmare:

And then, posting a clip that she'd taken from the Instagram Story to Twitter, the model, who is clearly at her wits' end, says, “I will let you know how it goes tomorrow but I can’t live this way anymore. I truly can’t. I cannot do this nightmare again. I’m, like, trapped and...”
In the caption for the post, Teigen explains further: "I’ve been having the same nightmare for months. If I wake up, I fall right back into it when I go back to sleep. And when I do officially wake up, I’m soaking wet and so sad all day. I’m tired!! Sleeping in a different room tonight."

And it turns out that sleeping in a different room worked an absolute charm!
Yep, the very next day a concerned fan enquired about her little experiment, writing: "it has been almost 24 hours since you slept in a different room for the night and I need to know if it helped with your recurring nightmare!!!"

And the 34-year-old got back to the fan, telling her: "It was SO much better. I slept through the entire night, had no nightmare and woke up at a reasonable time. First time in MANY months!!"
Who'd have thought the solution would be that simple?
