There's been a lot of time for many of us recently to harp back and get nostalgic about old times.
And in the circumstances under which we're currently living, it's definitely understandable to reminisce about simpler times, when we lived our lives without the coronavirus pandemic.
And the same is true of our social media habits, too. On Instagram, many of us indulge in a splash of nostalgia with Throwback Thursday, the popular hashtag that sees people share photos and clips of themselves from the halcyon days of yore.

Sofia Vergara is certainly no stranger to sharing excellent throwback snaps and videos with her many millions of fans, and recently delighted them once more with a bikini video from when she was in her twenties.
The video shows Vergara posing in various locations - Miami and Mexico - in different bikinis. She captioned the post, "tbt 90’s photoshoots #Miami ?#Mexico ?"

And fans were delighted with the post. One commenter wrote, "Sofia currently in 2020 still as gorgeous as she was in her 90s modeling days shown here. It’s like she has the fountain of youth."
Another wrote, "You always had your eyebrows on point ?I’m proud!"
"Why is she so gorgeous? That’s not fair for us mortals." Added a third.
Vergara often shares throwback snaps with her fans, and also recently posted an image of her in Mykonos as a nostaglic summer post.

The actress previously commented on the path her career has taken in an interview with the Independent. She said;
“I was a TV host in a Latin network, and from there, I learned that women were very attracted to whatever I was doing. They were not afraid to ask me: What colour is your hair? What lipstick are you wearing? They were always very interested and I thought, there’s something here. And, with my manager’s plan, I have always done these businesses, but I would have never done it so well if I hadn’t have been lucky to get a role like Modern Family that made me so popular and a household name."
She added: "For me, sexy is something that I never really thought about until I moved to the United States because in Latin America, everybody goes to the beach with a G-string and you are always in high heels and make-up. It’s just our day-to-day thing."
