Miley Cyrus channels Kanye West's wife Bianca Censori as she appears in public wearing see-through dress

Miley Cyrus has rocked a totally see-through dress in public while signing autographs for fans.

While promoting her latest album, Something Beautiful, the 32-year-old singer stunned fans by stepping out in a jaw-dropping, completely sheer black dress by Ludovic de Saint Sernin.

Cyrus rocked the look with black sunglasses, high heels, and not much else - just a pair of black underwear and no bra.

She completed the glam ensemble with a vintage-style updo and curled bangs, giving off classic Hollywood meets rockstar energy.

And yes, the fashion statement wasn’t just for the camera—she wore the dress while signing vinyls for fans at New York’s iconic 30 Rock. Naturally, the internet couldn’t handle it.

She shared the look on Instagram with the caption: “Posed with the beautiful people who showed up at 30 Rock for @roughtradenyc.” Fans lit up the comments section.

“You’re such [an] icon,” one follower gushed.

But what does this have to do with Bianca Censori?

Well, she's also pretty well known for wearing next to nothing in public.

Let's take her most recent outing, for example.

On May 27, the 30-year-old wife of rapper Kanye West (aka Ye) lit up Instagram by posting three photos of herself in a fully sheer outfit that left little to the imagination — a fishnet top paired with sheer tights, black underwear, and absolutely nothing else.

Just a week earlier, she was photographed casually walking through a market in Santanyí, Mallorca, in a black fishnet bra vest and tiny hot pants — once again letting everything hang out. Locals were visibly shocked.

“People were horrified,” a witness told News.com.au. “They could be heard asking, ‘Is that her real nipple?’ as they walked by.”

Censori's dedication to the nude aesthetic is obvious across her entire Instagram grid. Her latest look was accessorized with silver kitten heels featuring a black lace-up design, dark sunglasses, and long black hair styled with wispy bangs.

While Spanish law under Catalan equality statutes allows toplessness in public, especially in regions like Mallorca, that didn’t stop critics from demanding legal action.

“Why hasn’t this woman been arrested for indecency yet!?” one critic asked online.

Back to Cyrus, she's not just serving looks—she’s dropping a whole visual album experience. Something Beautiful comes with a musical movie that’s hitting theaters on June 27.

And if you’re expecting another run-of-the-mill concert film, think again.

Talking to Harper’s Bazaar, Cyrus revealed the film was “inspired by Pink Floyd’s The Wall,” but promised her version comes with “a better wardrobe and more glamorous and filled with pop culture.”

She also opened up about the emotional core of the album: “That every song has these healing sound properties,” she said, describing the project as a reflection of her personal journey through different phases of life.

“The songs, whether they’re about destruction or heartbreak or death, they’re presented in a way that is beautiful, because the nastiest times of our life do have a point of beauty,” she explained.

“They are the shadow, they are the charcoal, they are the shading. You can’t have a painting without highlights and contrast.”
