The former actress, 43, is a mother to two children - Archie, six, and Lilibet, four - with her husband Prince Harry, 40.
Meghan took to Instagram to share some posts celebrating their daughter’s fourth birthday, including sharing an intimate look at what she and Harry got up to while waiting for Lilibet to be born.
She shared a clip of her doing the ‘Baby Momma Dance’ to the viral song by Starrkeisha, telling her followers: “Four years ago today, this also happened. Both of our children were a week past their due dates… so when spicy food, all that walking, and acupuncture didn’t work - there was only one thing left to do!”
In the video, Meghan could be seen dancing with her bump visible through her black dress, before she began twerking to the tune.
Harry could also be seen comically dancing through the shot at points too, before pulling his hoody over his head and striking some poses.
See the video below:While the couple looked happy and relaxed in the sweet clip, it left people divided online.
Some people were not happy with the clip, writing: “Why even post the dance? Just why?” and: “Dancing is a great way to help induce labor... posting yourself dancing to induce labor online is attention seeking.”
Others added: “Their daughter is going to just love this when she is a teenager,” and: “DON'T LOOK AT THIS..they want their privacy.”
Many also defended the couple, adding: “Why can’t we just leave them alone honestly,” and: “I don't really like them but nothing wrong with what she is doing.”
Another commented: “I’m a midwife- this is not cringe at all. It’s excellent to progress labor for multiple reasons,” and: “Looks cutee and fun to me! Let them live.”

Someone else wrote: “What rubbish. She's not being cringe here at all. Women dance through pregnancy and labour all over the world, all the time. If it was literally anyone else, you'd call it cute and celebrate the moment with her. Sit down.”
It comes after the couple stepped away from the Royal Family in 2020, citing concerns over their safety and privacy.
Harry and Meghan ended up leaving the UK to start a new life as a family in Montecito, California, after expressing concerns about press intrusion in the UK.
The pair also launched several lawsuits against the British press for intrusion into their privacy.
The twerking video came after Meghan had shared another tribute to Lilibet for her birthday, showing fans some never-before-seen photographs of their daughter.
In the first post, Meghan shared a sweet black-and-white photograph of her and Lilibet now, as well as when she was first born, writing: “Happy birthday to our beautiful girl! Four years ago today she came into our lives - and each day is brighter and better because of it. Thanks to all of those sending love and celebrating her special day!”
She also shared a snap of Harry with Lilibet as a small baby, as well as another of them walking down the beach together, captioned: “The sweetest bond to watch unfold. Daddy’s little girl and favorite adventurer. Happy birthday Lili!”
