The 38-year-old actress is no stranger to online buzz, but this time it’s about her face, not her films.
After viral photos sparked wild rumors that she had spent up to $300,000 on plastic surgery, Lohan is pushing back — hard.
In a new cover story for Elle, the Mean Girls star opened up in a candid conversation with SNL's Chloe Fineman, who also happens to be her Freaky Friday sequel co-star. And yes, Lindsay is well aware of the internet’s obsession with her evolving look.
According to Lohan, the speculation is way off.
While a TikTok from an aesthetics doctor stirred up claims of expensive cosmetic work, the actress says her glow-up comes down to wellness and skincare, not surgery, per the Daily Mail.
“Everyone does Botox,” she admitted, keeping it real. But when asked to spill her beauty “secrets,” Lohan gave a refreshingly holistic response.
“Oh, God, I don't even know how to answer that,” she laughed.
“I drink this juice every morning — it's like carrot, ginger, lemon, olive oil, apple. I also drink a lot of green tea, a lot of water. I'm a big pickled beets person, so I put them in almost everything.”
Her daily routine involves splashes of ice-cold water to the face, chia seeds in her water, and eye patches on the regular.

As for skincare, she’s experimenting with serums — possibly for her own beauty brand — and she’s also a fan of laser treatments.
But not every treatment worked for her.
“I tried Morpheus8, but my skin was too thin,” she explained, referencing a popular microneedling procedure. “My skin changed after having my son. It got really sensitive. That's what really made me change my whole routine and diet and everything.”
Still, despite her transparency, the rumors persist — especially about an alleged face lift.
That’s when her publicist jumped in to shut it down completely.
“The second she looks any different, they assume she had her face lifted at 37 or 38… It's so mean.”
Lohan herself was equally baffled: “I'm like, when? With what time? Where?”

Her publicist doubled down, pointing out the obvious: “I tried to figure that out, Linds, in the last three years, when you had time to do anything, because I know your schedule.”
But if there’s one thing Lindsay’s learned from her decades in the spotlight, it’s how to rise above the noise.
“You just have to do it and ignore everyone else,” she said.
