Joe Biden flashed by ‘large, naked Scottish man’ as he traveled to Cop26 climate change summit

Joe Biden had a rather unusual welcome to the COP26 climate change summit in Glasgow, Scotland.

Per a White House reporters' pooled report to the SEC, the US President was flashed by a "large, naked Scottish man" while on route to the two-week-long event, ITV reports.

Biden was traveling from his hotel in Edinburgh to the Glasgow conference when one of his reporters noticed something out of the norm.

As is detailed in the report: "At one point when we were still on smaller country roads, a large, naked Scottish man stood in his front window taking a picture of the motorcade with his phone."

As of yet, the identity of the nude man is not known.

Biden is not the only person to have had an interesting welcome to the Scottish city.

Teenage climate change activist Greta Thunberg seemed to be embracing the Scottish spirit earlier this week when she was filmed with a crowd of protesters who were chanting: "You can shove your climate crisis up your a**."

Thunberg was one of hundreds of activists who had gathered in Festival Park on Monday, November 1, to demonstrate against global leaders' failure to act against the climate crisis.

The moment quickly went viral on Twitter, and was retweeted by Thunberg with the caption: "When in Scotland..."

The 18-year-old proceeded to speak at the Fridays for Future meeting of young activists, near the COP26 campus. She asserted that change would not come from politicians, but instead from individuals who put themselves forward for leadership.

"This COP26 is so far just like the previous COPs and that has led us nowhere. They have led us nowhere," Thunberg said. "Inside COP there are just politicians and people in power pretending to take our future seriously, pretending to take the present seriously of the people who are being affected already today by the climate crisis."

"Change is not going to come from inside there. That is not leadership - this is leadership," she added, before leading cries of "climate justice," and "no more blah, blah, blah".

"We're sick and tired of it and we're going to make the change whether they like it or not," she added.
