Hilary Duff delights fans with positive message as she shows off toned abs in new bikini pic
We all like to look and feel good.
And when we've been working hard on our health and fitness to achieve whatever goals we had in mind, it's only natural to want to share your progress with your friends and family. It's important to remember, though, the impact that this can have on social media. When sites like Instagram remain awash with perfectly chiseled abs and blindingly white teeth at all times, it can be hard to maintain a grip on reality, and what a 'normal' body might look like.
This is why Instagram accounts like Grombre - which encourages people to embrace their grey hair - and the body positivity movement are so important. They remind us that it's okay to love ourselves just the way we are.
Hilary Duff previously criticized millennials for not taking the coronavirus pandemic seriously enough:

And Hilary Duff has delighted her fans on Instagram after sharing a new picture of her toned abs, along with a positive message about doing "whatever feels good for you".
She wrote:
"Linda Linda Linda, I’ve still been counting my macros with my man @theflexible.dieting.coach and it’s truly helped me stay lean even while eating bread, chocolate, and wine! I also love my @novobodyofficial fam and grateful I have found what works for me. I know it’s extra hard to keep up and find normalcy in quarantine but I truly hope you make at least 30 mins a day for yourself to stay connected ♥️ do whatever feels good for you even if it’s not food or fitness related!"

And fans were quick to praise the actress in the comments section of her post.
One commenter wrote, "you’ve convinced me! How long until you started seeing results? Amazing". Another added, "Ok, you look amazing."
A third wrote, "Girl same! Counting macros since January and it’s AMAZING! Isn’t it great not to cut anything from your diet!?"
Earlier this year, Duff took to social media to slam the "millennial a**holes" who were partying rather than staying at home amid the coronavirus outbreak.
In a short clip posted to her Instagram story, the former Disney starlet said, "To all you young millennial a**holes that keep going out partying: go home." She then added, "Stop killing old people, please."
