Given that Musk is the richest person in the world, you'd assume that the pocket money for his kids would be decent.

Well, the 21-year-old daughter of Musk and his first wife, author Justine Wilson, has made it abundantly clear that she wants nothing to do with the billionaire Tesla and SpaceX CEO.

After legally changing her name and gender in 2022, Vivian stated she didn’t want to be “related to [her] biological father in any way, shape or form.”

Vivian recently took to Threads to squash rumors about her wealth and clarify that despite being Elon Musk’s child, she isn’t cashing in.

“Just to set the record straight, I do not have some inheritance or trust fund or whatever nor do I want one. Obviously. Idk why people think this,” she wrote.

“I saw someone on tiktok say I have 40 BILLION dollars. Like… no. Lol. If I did then homelessness? Gone. World hunger? Idk her.”

She emphasized: “Not saying this to be like ‘woe is me,’ obviously. It’s just a bit of misinfo that I see go around from time to time that annoys me. I’d still absolutely consider myself a nepo and I’m not trying to pull some Kylie Jenner 'self-made' card.”

Tensions between Vivian and Musk became even more public after Musk responded to backlash over an alleged Nazi salute he made at a Trump rally.

When a Twitter user defended him and dismissed criticism from Vivian, Musk replied: “Exactly.”

He then proceeded to deadname her and repeat a phrase he’s used before: that she had been “killed by the woke mind virus.”

Vivian responded by calling the tweet “gross,” later following up with a TikTok that featured a screenshot of Musk’s tweet followed by a video of her lip-syncing to the lyrics: “I look pretty good for a dead b***h.” Her caption? “And you don’t.”

And while she no longer communicates with Musk, she admitted to Teen Vogue that she still can’t escape the headlines.

“I’ll see things about [Musk] in the news,” she said. “And I think it’s f**king cringe. I should probably post about this and denounce it.”

Vivian has also accused Musk of treating her gender as a “product” due to her conception via in-vitro fertilization.

“My assigned sex at birth was a commodity that was bought and paid for,” she wrote on Threads. “So when I was feminine as a child and then turned out to be transgender, I was going against the product that was sold.”

“That expectation of masculinity that I had to rebel against all my life was a monetary transaction. A monetary transaction. A MONETARY TRANSACTION.”

It's safe to say the father and daughter do not see eye to eye.
