Cindy Crawford shares bikini snap from 1994 for first date challenge
Cindy Crawford has posted a throwback for her fans, as part of the "first date challenge" that has been making the rounds on social media.
The supermodel, who became a household name in the '90s, hopped on the trend, which sees couples share photos from the early days of their courtship on social media.
She took to Instagram on Sunday to share a picture of herself and her now-husband, Rande Gerber, embracing on a beach in the mid-'90s.

In the snap, the now-54-year-old wears a white bikini with colorful embellishments while Gerber, now-57-years-old, sports a plain white tee.
"Our first trip, 1994," Crawford captioned the photo, including a yellow sun emoji. "@stephaniejcoffey put me up me to the #firstdatechallenge." While the picture wasn't technically from their first date, Crawford wrote: "I think this counts!"
"It’s like looking at your children," one fan commented, while another added "You are so cool here. I wish you happiness, love and health. The best photo of the day."

The couple have been married since 1998 and have two children, 20-year-old Presley and 18-year-old Kaia - the latter of whom is following in her famous mother's footsteps.
Crawford has shared a number of posts on Instagram while in lockdown. Last week, she commented on how the COVID-19 pandemic would affect the fashion industry. "There’s a first time for everything! FaceTime photoshoot with @kat_in_nyc Fashion and photography are going to be different for a while, but that doesn’t mean we need to stop being creative," she wrote.
