Brad Pitt, 61, goes viral over recent appearance at baseball game - fans are saying the same thing

Brad Pitt is making waves online after debuting an unexpected look during Game 4 of the World Series between the Los Angeles Dodgers and Toronto Blue Jays.

The 61-year-old Hollywood star was there to cheer on his hometown team alongside Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea, but it wasn’t just the game that had people talking.

Wearing a Dodgers jersey, Pitt also debuted a bushy mustache and noticeably flushed skin - a look that left fans doing double takes online.

“No one paid attention to Brad,” an eyewitness told Daily Mail. “I think people did not recognize him at all because he did not look like Brad Pitt the movie star - he looked like a regular dude."

"And besides, everyone was checking out Harry and Megs, it was all everyone was talking about,” referring to the presence of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle at the same event.

Social Media Users Chime In

A picture of Pitt at the game posted by Sportsnet quickly blew up online, with many fans flocking to the comments to speculate about the actor’s appearance.

“Brad Pitt might want to consider sunscreen,” one Instagram user wrote. Another added, “Brad, sunscreen is a good thing to use, just saying.”

Some even suggested, incorrectly, that the red hue to his face may have been alcohol-related, though the Oscar-winner has been sober for over a decade.

“Brad’s been drinking,” one commenter assumed, while another joked, “Brad Pitt don’t drink and drive lol.”

Despite the online chatter, the Flight Club star's appearance comes amid a personal high point in his life - he and girlfriend Ines de Ramon, 32, are reportedly fully living together.

“Brad is really including Ines in all his travel plans, and when they are home, they just relax together,” a source told PEOPLE. “They are really making their home into a home.”

The couple went public with their relationship at the 2024 Venice Film Festival, after first being linked in 2022. She also accompanied him on his F1 blockbuster promotional tour, and was by his side as he mourned the loss of his mother Jane Pitt, who died in August at age 84.

“He’s so happy and in love,” an insider said. “They are happier than ever."

Brad Bids Big at Star-Studded Charity Gala

This isn’t the first time Pitt has stirred conversation for his behavior off the film set. In 2018, he made headlines at Sean Penn’s annual Haiti fundraiser, bidding $120,000 in a silent auction to watch an episode of Game of Thrones with Emilia Clarke.

Despite the jaw-dropping bid, he was ultimately outbid by another attendee, who offered $160,000 for the experience.

Clarke and co-star Kit Harington were both at the event, adding star power to the high-stakes competition.

The event, held at Milk Studios in Los Angeles, raised millions for disaster relief efforts. Other high-profile attendees included Jeff Bezos, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Leonardo DiCaprio, who also participated in the auction, bidding $80,000 for a painting by Josh Smith.

DiCaprio, a known climate change advocate, used his platform at the event to criticize U.S. energy policies, quipping: “Their denial of so much of the scientific proof and evidence belongs in ‘the Earth is flat’ chapter of human history.”
