Bindi Irwin - the daughter of the beloved 'Crocodile Hunter' Steve Irwin - has taken to social media to provide her followers with the first update on her pregnancy journey.
The 22-year-old conservationist, zoo operator, and TV personality first revealed the big news last month, when she shared a picture of herself and husband Chandler Powell holding a baby-sized version of the Australia Zoo uniform.

Now, a little over one month later, Bindi has shared an update with her 3.8 million Instagram followers.

Posing alongside Chandler - whom she married back on March 25 in a private ceremony at Australia Zoo - and a couple of baby joeys, Bindi wrote how the animals at the zoo are exited to meet their "human joey".
The full post read:
"The animal joeys we care for are excited to meet our human joey.
"Baby Wildlife Warrior is about about the size of a hummingbird now! We can’t wait to teach our little one about the importance of protecting our planet and the beauty of the wildlife and wild places we love so much.
"Thank you for your kindness and support on this magical journey."

Chandler also commented on the post, writing: "Our little Wildlife Warrior is going to be so loved."

That nickname was first used in the couple's initial pregnancy reveal, in which Bindi wrote: "Baby Wildlife Warrior due 2021."
She continued: "Chandler and I are proud to announce that we’re expecting! It’s an honour to share this special moment in our lives with you. Though I’m still in my first trimester, we really want you to be part of our journey from the beginning of this new life chapter.
"We couldn’t wait to share the news as this beautiful little being has become the most important part of our lives. Your support means the world to us.
"Please let me know your best advice and send good vibes & prayers to our little sweetheart. Love & light."
