Schumer has also previously spoken out about her struggles with IVF. She wrote on Instagram, "Feeling really run down and emotional," she captioned the post. "If anyone went through it and if you have any advice or wouldn’t mind sharing your experience with me please do. My number is in my bio. We are freezing my eggs and figuring out what to do to give Gene a sibling."
And during a recent appearance on the What To Expect podcast, Schumer opened up about her life as a new mom, including her sex life with husband Chris Fischer.
"You can’t have sex for like six weeks, you know?" She revealed, "I was hoping it was going to be longer than that because they just like sliced my FUPA open."

"I’m not like dying to, you know, get pounded from behind, thank you very much," she went on. "So I was very down to wait the six weeks and then, and then it was nice."
Schumer explained that she and Fischer make plans to have sex once a week, to avoid feeling like they're just "roommates".
"We're really good about having sex once a week.
"We just keep it going because you have to, otherwise you're just like roommates, and then it’s weird that you're having sex."
She continued, "We make a plan.
"We go like, 'Let's have sex tomorrow or Tuesday. That'll be a good day.' And then we do it and we go, 'That’s great. We should do that more,' but we still just do it once a week."
Schumer also opened up about the couple's plans for future children, stating that she doesn't believe that she'll ever get pregnant again despite going through IVF.
"We got some embryos and I went through IVF and we got one normal one and two mosaics. We're thinking seriously about taking the surrogacy route. COVID-19 kind of put everything on hold, but of course we do want more. I hope that's in the cards for us." She said.
